She was admitted to the Florida Bar, 2005; U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, 2005.

2005-2006 Practiced criminal defense as an Associate Public Defender for the 13th Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County, Florida.

Linda was born in Saigon, Vietnam, in 1969, was raised in the Chicago suburbs, and has been a resident of Florida since 2000. Linda resides in Tampa with her daughter, Mia Danielle.

Graduated Cum Laude from Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature in 1998. Linda earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida, in 2004. She also earned her Master of Laws Degree in Elder Law from Stetson University College in 2017.
